Technology and Infrastructure for Emerging Regions

TIER has a number of projects focused on education. These projects cross a wide variety of fields, from content creation to interface design and, from computers to cellular phones. 
The two primary ongoing projects are MILLEE and Metamouse. MILLEE focuses on teaching English language skills using mobile phones, while Metamouse allows for multiple users to share existing educational content using many mice.
