The TIER Library is our collection of books about technology and development, often books that are used as sources of information for our papers.

Processes and Guidelines
- Borrowing: Contact Melissa, and she can bring the book to you. In general, you can keep it as long as you want, until someone else requests it, at which point you get to negotiate. This page will be used to keep track of who has which books. For now the library will be located on a shelf at Intel. Please don't take the books without telling a TIER member first.
- Returning: Give it back to Melissa, or make sure it gets into her hands. If you pass it on to someone else in TIER, let Melissa know so she knows who to chase down.
- Recommendations: E-mail Melissa or edit this page.
