Desired Features

Self-contained: Do not have to open the box when mounting, should be able to take populated boxes for installation, all jacks(antenna,ethernet) should be on the outside.
Sturdiness: Sturdy, waterproof: Metal is good, polycarbonate etc is also good, molded is also good. Metal is just more difficult to drill.
Stacking up: Is it possible to stack multiple boards? e.g. the WRAP box can have two boards.
Holes: Enough number of ports for antenna connectors (N-female bulkheads) and ethernet jacks. Great if somehow we can get the serial port out too. Great if we can make more holes to add antennas/jacks.
Mounting: Should be easy to mount on various diameter poles (upto 3" should be good).
Others: Can we do completely without nuts/screws inside the box

Demarc Tech

From DemarcTech for Soekris boards - both net4521/net4826 - it will fit all

Two models: ODE-8585 (smaller,$50) and ODE-8512(larger,$90)
Features:
- Aluminium, size for boards 7.0"H x 9.75"W
- Includes Ethernet passthrough, pole mounting U-Bolts
Cons:
- Expensive at $90
- Not possible to connect to the serial port when the soekris is mounted in the box. (this applies to the 4521, not the 4826 - we could also theoretically redrill the holes to position it a little better...)
- Only one Ethernet out.

Main Questions:

Status?
The WRAP box seems to an excellent starting point - atleast in the features we should have, if not in the exact design.
